Morning meeting
I have a not-so-important meeting at 9 am. It is ten past midnight, and I cannot sleep as I am worried about being late.

My first meeting of the day is at 7am, if i stay up late, i just won’t sleep because i WILL miss that meeting :/ I’ve tried lots of apps but I liked Rise Sleep. Teaches you about sleep debt and how to manage it. Thought I’d share :)
This happens to me every time I have to be in court or have a zoom conference, or really anything work related, first thing in the morning. My fear of being late to these very important work things, like I am for everything in my life, keeps me awake. If I fall asleep surely I will oversleep... side note, I was born on National Be Late for Something Day, true story! I was cursed at birth by a stupid, made-up day in the US!! Lol
