1yI have a binge eating disorder and currently in treatment. We have been doing mindful eating. We say where we are on a hunger scale, set an intention for the meal, then try to give yourself some time for your stomach catches up. If it’s snacking, I don’t have it in sight, that seems to help! Just also yourself to enjoy a treat and don’t restrict yourself. ❤️
