I suffer insomnia bad and stupid things that I worry about keep me bouncing off the walls all the time, im in recovery for drug addiction and really don’t like taking sleeping pills, so try some just over counter herbal medicine it works for me, I also get promethazine prescribed it’s a strong antihistamine it calms the brain 🧠

I use my creativity. I start to create a story in my head. Mostly romantic stories. If it comes up I use stuff from my chaotic dreams as well. Usually it takes a few minutes but then I sleep. Started when I was 13 and it still works. Not always but most time.

I’m sorry! I will try and think of some! One of them is: put on some of your favorite music, but your favorite music that is pretty calm or quiet
