Guys I’m procrastinating and about to go adhd paralysis, words of encouragement would be amazing right now 🙏I don’t want to fallback. Why do I have shoes up there

2yI agree with the ”put on shoes”. It works every time for me. I just feel a lot more ready with shoes i guess. Also, you are doing better than you give yourself credit for. In the midst of procrastination and paralysis, you are asking for help. That’s admirable 💛

2yYou can do it. Put your shoes on, get a glass of water and do the very first step.
