Hitting a Wall
Tho morning I woke up and felt terrible! No energy, could not keep my eye’s open,couldn’t even get up to go to the bathroom. When this happens I know I have to be still for for awhile.

2yI usually wake up when I I have too. But your point is well taken, I do go back to sleep when I can

2yI have this happen too - I know I have to go back to sleep because I woke up in the wrong stage of my sleep cycle or my body just says “not yet”!! It’s ok - listen to your body and you will get more rest when you really need it!!
