This is me.
and I'll write everything down in my " shit I have to remember " notebook :D...fail I can't prioritize

My girlfriend constantly reminds me of things I’ve forgotten we talked about already

I’ve had to help her reframe my forgetfulness is not from a place of “lacking care” but unaware

Well most of the time I end up even forgetting that I wrote something somewhere to not forget what I've written that I wrote to not forget. Idk what I'm saying now- 😅🤣
