That’s good though — it’s a step forward. And maybe what matters even more is that you’re doing it for yourself, because you’re worth it and you want to feel better. When that happens, everything else tends to become a bit easier automatically. At least that’s been my experience. It’s been good for my relationship, and my partner understands me better the more he learns about ADHD.
