you can find some symptoms are relatable for you and therefore you can try to handle it by using this app (i guess using this app is reason for your question). but ofc you can’t know if you have it without proper diagnostics 🫡

You can do your own research and make your own sort of links in your life. Look for the diagnostic criteria for both inattentive and hyperactive adhd. I believe as an adult you need to have 5-6 of the problems present in your everyday life and they’ve been affecting you since childhood it’s considered adhd. If you want medication, a diagnosis and additional support you usually have to see a doc.

Sometimes other issues can make you have adhd behaviors for a long time so to be sure you need a doc that also has experience in adhd too. But you do some tests yourself and your people that know you too for perspective. And that helps.
