I’m losing my mind I guess

I forgot to mention about that but I think I’m slowly losing it. I have weird dreams like it’s possible in the future but in different timeline or dimension and I have a weird feeling like I don’t feel like all of this is real. I hear some voices and I hear some screams or loud talking voice out of nowhere. I experienced it about a few days ago last time. People are just speaking and walking in the street but I heard their normal voice like loud discussion about something. Anyway… Also I am writing my inner thoughts on the message. For example: I was texting my friend and suddenly I was out of dimension and my silly thoughts were going on in my head you know then I woke up and I saw that silly thought on the text message with EMOTIONS?! I hadn’t sent it yet so I deleted them but what the heck was that?!

Condivido il loro pensiero. Sono felice che tu abbia preso consapevolezza di cosa stai vivendo, sei forte, non è da tutti. Hai deciso cosa fare?

I don’t know right now but probably I’ll share them with my psychiatrist on my appointment. Thanks everyone.

I agree with Lucy, you should probably seek medical attention : is it possible in your country to go to the psychiatric ER ? (I don’t know how to call it, in France it’s « les urgences psychiatriques »). You’re just 18, you’re obviously going through a lot right now, but it doesn’t mean you won’t be able to experience something good one day, even if that feels very far away right now… Hold in there and seek help, you deserve to be cared for !

That seems quite serious with the auditory hallucinations, disassociation and loosing control over your body, you should really go to a doctor, stuff like that can get bad real fast without you really noticing how bad it’s getting
