Loss of dog

Hey! It’s Tay! I just recently (July 24) lost my dog, and it has been really hard for me without her, I’ve had her for 6 and a half years, and I always thought “what will I do without her?” And now I don’t have her, and I have to live without my Blondie girl(my profile picture). Do any of you guys have any tips?

I’m very sorry about your loss. My take is feeling the feelings, cry all you need, mourn all you need, talk about her best moments. At the end, what is left is how they mad you feel, and honoring that sadness is also honoring how much she meant, and how important she was in this life.

Its hard, I know. I loss my dog 2022, after 12 years together. Its heart breaking. Cry a lot and meet other dogs of neighbors or friends. It's help a bit.

Hi Tay, I’m sorry, I don’t have any helpful tips to share, but I just want to tell you that I feel for you, and like Vital wrote, allow yourself to feel sad and grieve for a time. 🫶🏻❤️

Hey Tay, I’m really sorry about Blondie. Losing her after so many years must feel so heavy. Maybe a few small things can help: • talk about her with people who care • keep little memories like photos or her favorite spots • let yourself feel sad, but also smile when you remember her Sharing here already shows how much she meant to you ❤️
