Manic-State Hack
If you feel like you’ve hit a point in the day where you’ll explode if you sit still, let your body use that energy for something good and clean up, cook orrrr get a notepad and write whatever tf. Just something physically active where your bodies engine can run wild. In my experience, telling myself that I need to ‘relax’ (whatever that means!?) when I’m actually so manic because I have a lot of energy, never works out and then I hit a depressive wall. I normally clean or do anything creative. Let me know what y’all find is your manic-state vibe. Happy Sunday my loves 💜
