5-10 alarms The first 2 an hour or two before you have to get up and the rest 30-45 minutes before you wake up to get ready
Simple but effective. Count out loud from 5 to zero and get up at zero. Literally launching yourself :P
i literally set 5 or 6 alarms within 10 mins of each other so that the snooze isnβt an option the alarm goes off every few mins .
Two alarms, one early enough you can have your lay in and one when you really need to get up. Set it as a challenge to be up before the 2nd alarm goes off
