5-10 alarms The first 2 an hour or two before you have to get up and the rest 30-45 minutes before you wake up to get ready
Simple but effective. Count out loud from 5 to zero and get up at zero. Literally launching yourself :P
i literally set 5 or 6 alarms within 10 mins of each other so that the snooze isn’t an option the alarm goes off every few mins .
Two alarms, one early enough you can have your lay in and one when you really need to get up. Set it as a challenge to be up before the 2nd alarm goes off
Theoretically, you could put the alarm far away enough to force you out of bed. But the problem is, you need to put/keep the alarm that far away.
Hi GG. Do you take stimulant meds? If you do, you can take your stimulants 30 min before your intended wake up time. You’ll be getting up w a medicated brain. For Vyvanse, take 45-60 min prior. Yep. Set two alarms.
I agree, but the problem is decreased appetite for breakfast and severe fatigue around noon. I wake up on first alarm, use the restroom, let out the animals, feed them AND myself, take my meds, go lay back down while the coffee is brewing. If I fall asleep, the alarm goes off in an hour and I jump out of bed ready to go! So I know I won’t sleep through the second alarm if I take the vyvanse an hour before. Eating breakfast is so important when taking these meds. I’m a nurse so sometimes I don’t know when my next meal break will be and the brain fog is real!
