Clean room!

Is it possible to maintain a clean room with ADD? I’m really bad at keeping it clean for longer than a day 😂

I hear you! My room is ok, but my office is not. I don’t have much in my room, so that helps—mostly clothes and books. A.D.’s advice is solid! I’ve also heard having someone hang out with you while you clean is helpful. If you have access to a person who will do that, you can talk about things while they sit on your bed and you organize?

Yes it’s possible 😉 Create a known place for *everything* in your room. Use drawers, organization boxes within the wardrobe, other organizers from Amazon, etc. Then always keep thing in their place. For me it also depends on the mental state. If you’re always “in a rush” or “late” for something, there will be the tendency to just throw things away. Be aware of yourself in such situations. And if it happened, just forgive yourself and put things back in their destined places the next day. I hope this helps a bit. Good luck 👍

Do you want a clean room? What do you need for it to be a clean room? (More drawers, more hooks or boxes to throw things in rather than the floor). Imagine it was someone else’s room, how would you advise? 👍😊
