Transformation Tuesday
Before Jan 2, 2022 - After Dec 12, 2023 I started at 154 I’m down to 130/132. I purged all the crap food out of the house with the Yuka app. Switched to honey for my tea and cut back on my dairy🥛. Focused on my water 💧 intake. Showing up for my daily 💪🏻movement. Growth was my word for 2023💪🏻✅ Proud of Myself Best decision I ever made was to start working out with BODi. 2024 I want to get out of my comfort zone and join a class or two at the local gym! Plus another 5k walk/run that I actually prepare for 😂
