Meds, music and minimum of distractions

Oddly enough- when I was in college, I found I did my best work and studying when I was set up in a bustling food court or somewhere with a lot of ambient noise and activity… I think that activity subconsciously fed my brain’s need for extra stimulation so I could focus on the task in front of me. Studying in the library was the WORST!

That's interesting. I have the opposite experience 😆 can't keep focus what there are a lot of people and moving objects around as well as a lot of different sounds

In the real world it’s a battle. At my desk it’s time boxing my calendar so I have uninterrupted work space and I use focus@will and headphones. It’s been a game changer for actually getting stuff done.
