If possible yes, but with -20 degrees, few hours of electricity per day and almost no heating this winter I slept in beanie and jacket

I used to when I was little because I couldn’t stand the sensory of clothes when falling asleep and nothing else distracting me from it but ever since I got a weighted blanket and started listening to things to fall asleep (kids bedtime stories, as boring as it gets) it doesn’t bother me anymore
