It is inspiring to see you wake up every day and take care of your family overcoming the difficulty of chronic illness. I hope you are able to find relief through new medications, therapies, etc. but next time I struggle to get out of bed I will be thinking of your story. Thank you.

I have EDS, POTS and osteoarthritis which means some mornings like today I awaken super dizzy. It’s my (arthritis filled) neck that’s causing dizziness and severe nausea this morning. As my best friend would say, my body chose violence. Lol. Oh well. Off to try to get the eldest out the door then the youngest awake. 

Can I go back to sleep yet?
