HOW DO I GET STARTED
i have so much to do but absolutely no energy or motivation to get started. i know i need to do it but i physically can’t :’) pls help

Building up energy from zero is hard. When you feel the motivation or are just scrolling on your phone use that time to make a Playlist of songs that get you PUMPED! they can be silly, fast or whatever gets your blood pumping. Sometimes stepping outside and just getting some air, going for a walk or just sitting somewhere that's not my house for a little bit, alone, can give me a fresh perspective when I come back home. Finally, maybe try some supplements. You should do research or consult a Dr to see what's good for you, but caffeine whether coffee or tea, lions mane, and maca root are all different energy boosters that can help get you up and doing!
Do something that’s not on your to do list, something just for fun, something u enjoy doing etc. (I do my makeup or try a new hair style). And put your shoes on. It’s way easier to start something u like doing — which will get u up and get your energy flowing. It’ll also give u a dopamine boost which can help u stay motivated “not to sit back down” (wearing your shoes tricks your brain into active “do” mode and also really helps deter you from sitting back down on the couch/bed). Sometimes I have to add in more “just for fun” tasks to keep my energy & dopamine levels up - but at the end of the day it’s better to get at least some of my to dos finished rather than none at all.
Identify something you need to do. Take 1 small step forward. Give yourself credit for that step. Then take 2 steps, credit… then 3. You need to plan and execute then reward yourself. Focus on something you can complete. It’s crazy but just repeating the process no matter how small …and do start small but the repetition of planning and executing builds on itself. You can do this! Just one thing/step at at a time. I try to plan every day…just a few things…before you even turn on the tv/radio/whatever… Doesn’t always work out but most of the time I can do it. You are on a long journey…get started!
