Morning Motivation
I’ve been on a great streak with this app. Usually when I wake in the mornings it is very hectic and my anxiety is immediately set off. Lately, when I get out of bed, or really at any time of day, I will play a game with myself now where I try to get as many of my tasks done as quickly as I can. I’m not exactly rushing, but it makes me feel good and move faster knowing I’m crossing off a bunch of easy/fast tasks early in the day.
