I am currently on Elvanse/Vyvanse 70mg, and doesn't depend about the strength, but I will usually sleep 2 hours after taking my meds, bc I will feel tired and sluggish AF. Anyone?

70 vyvanse, but that usually happens 3-4 hours after I take it, like I just got overly productive and then I crash
Wow! Not me but I find 30mg of vyvanse SO potent!! Holy cow.. if I was on 70 I would look like a druggie!!!
Oh lucky me! Thought I was the only person, so I felt a kind of stupid... I MUST have something to do imiately after take my first medication (30mg Elvanse). When I sit down then I fall asleep right at the moment...

Maybe ask your new doctor again! My psychiatrist said that attentin was only for children too, but after that I heard from many ADHDers in the same city that they get attentin and they said it’s just about the opinion of the doctor. Maybe you can convince them to prescribe it to you? (I’m from Germany maybe in your country it’s different)
One doctor said that it could be slow metabolism, and that’s why I go into hibernation mode for two hours until I feel like a decent human again. I had a while ago short acting Attentin 10mg tablets to take in the morning with my Elvanse, but then my doctor retired and the new one said that those are only for children, so I didn’t get a refill anymore. I was already over 30 at that time. I guess we adhders just turn into adults later than regular people 😅
