I was wondering...
When you do a task that you didn't plan to do today, do you add it to your to-do list and mark it as done, or you just let it be unacknowledged? I like to add it and feel proud that I did something😅

Checking off things on a to do list makes me feel like I accomplished something! I always add things and check them off to remind myself of everything I did each day. 🙂
Have special list in my main to-do tracker called Suddenly and not by plan did. Do the thing — write it down — enjoy that i-did-it sound when click on it checkbox
Depends on the day and my mood, really. Do I want to spend the extra time and energy to write/type it into my todo’s list for that bit o’ dopamine, or just mentally acknowledge the task is done, good job, and move on?
It provides a sense of accomplishment, even if it wasn’t on the to-do list:) Great job!
