Do you know the feeling when you feel like you’re just not enough?

Has anybody tipps for me cause sometimes I feel just like I am a big disappointment for anybody else and like I’m doing not enough and then I start hating myself like why can’t I be as everyone else. And yeah and I don’t know how to get out of this mood and it’s really frustrating.

I sadly can relate to that feeling (or at least i used to) and for a while the only thing that helped was remembering that I have people who genuinely enjoy spending time with me, and if there are people who love me then i have to extend that to myself or ill end up hurting them. I hope this passes soon for you, but i reccomend therapy (what eventually fully worked). Sometimes people get sick and need healthcare; we just need mental heatlhcare sometimes

I know it well, this feeling, it is much more better since I started to decrease my exspectations on myself (therapy works) AND to listen to other people. A huge part of my social life startet a few years ago on social media when I broke up with my husband. It took some time but I know lots of people who are Neurodivergent who are deppressive and who have experience with therapy. All of them make my life much better and I took some of them in my real life. So I got friends now, who love me for exactly what I am. Hope it helps a bit, and sorry, it's nothing which works in two weeks.

I’m so sorry that you feel that way. I sort of understand the feeling even if i don’t feel exactly the same but i also can feel often that im like really different from other ppl and most other ppl my age cuz I think about many things my friends don’t think about and then i tell them it’s like they look at me like im an alien or something. And then I speak to many adult they get like discomfort cuz i dont match there ide of how a 13 yo boy should be. But even if i dont know you i think you probably are wrong about yourself, that this is something mostly in your head and not that other ppl think so about you. Can you like ask adults that you feel comfortable with like parents or relatives or like someone in school and tell them how you feel and ask them to honest tell you what they really feel about you. Maybe they can help you feel different? Take care!! ❤️❤️💙💙💙
