How do you get allong with adhd?

How you guts deal with adhd on every day basis? I have to take all my energy on the most stupid tasks and blame myself like crazy for it.

I found the idea of shame vs guilt helpful. I was shaming myself for not being able to do shit others saw as easy. Now I realize I don’t have to do so much and then if I do fuck up/ forget. I can apologize/ fix it, but I’ve stopped shaming/ blaming myself as much
