Is there a tip for not stalling to take the laundry out
I tend to stall for about 2,3 hours… then the laundry starts to smell. It really bums me out

I solved this by buying a washer/dryer and conquering a life dream 🥹😅 Now I just leave them there until they're dry and collect them when I remember, because it's dry anyway. I genuinely HATE hanging wet clothing 🫠🫠
It may also help if you try to wash in smaller loads. This is what I’ve been doing and it’s helping me not procrastinate the folding and putting away so much.
It depends on why you stall I think : do you forget, or do you think « 5 more mn won’t hurt… » ? I tend to do both, but mostly forget so I set up an alarm with a very annoying sound. For « simple » stalling I would imagine the « tomorrow me » who would be sorry to have a stinky blouse ; or I put in the laundry a garment I really love to help motivate me to get it ready…
Life hack: just because it says hang to dry, or even hand wash only… that’s bull hockey, most usually. Run those items on delicate/gentle cycles, or quick cycle on low spin, if you’re in a hurry; in the dryer, make sure the heat is set to medium instead of hot. Put a big towel in with the drying cycle to help soak up the water.
