BTW, there’s 50-70% overlap between autism and ADHD.
Just read the book “Blooming differently” by Leanne Maskell. Very informative, but also quite depressing.

3moShe explains very honestly and detailed what difficulties she had. I found that rather depressing and skipped some parts - but that’s just me.
