Morning routines

Hello! Seeking some advice regarding a healthier morning routine. My night time routine has improved significantly in recent months and I generally wake up feeling more well rested but I still really struggle to get out of bed in the morning. I would love to wake up earlier to implement some exercise into my mornings before work but just haven’t been able to do it. Any tips or tricks are appreciated!!

Before I sleep, I keep one 10mg Ritalin pill πŸ’Š beside my analog alarm. The very first moment I wake up, and without any regards for how I momentarily feel, I just pop up the pill. This fixed my former struggles of getting out of the bed πŸ›οΈ. In my case, it was not depression, but just a case of morning brain shutdown, and that’s why the stimulant medication really helps. Moreover, using an analog alarm ⏰ and leaving my mobile phone πŸ“± in the evening in a charging stand in a far away room (the kitchen πŸ˜…), also helps! Good luck πŸ‘
