Help with ADHD skin picking?

Anyone else have anxiety on top of their ADHD? I have both & I pick my skin a lot. Any tips to get a grip on that habit/tick?

I pick at my cuticles. It annoys the hell out of my husband… if he is with me, he will hold one of my hands, which I appreciate and hate at the same time. For me fidget toys help temporarily, but it’s not as satisfying because it doesn’t progress? I don’t know how else to describe it. It depends on the setting, but if I can, I will doodle or I also carry around silly putty.

I have pearl bracelets on my arm and instead of skin picking, i play around with them!

I’ve tried fidgets as part of a fidget kit and they have helped but I haven’t gotten my medication yet so that’s also a problem too. I reccomend meditation balls

I pick skin on my scalp and have been noticing more hair loss recently, which freaked me out. I just bought a fidget toy, so that if I catch myself, I play with that. Not sure whether that will do the trick in the long term, but I have hope!

I also pick my skin but I can’t say it’s easy to stop, at least I haven’t figured out how
