I was taking a class recently and I told my teacher that I have time blindness and she didn't believe me and she looked at me with utter disdain, like she didn't believe it was a thing and I was upset about it. I wasn't saying it as an excuse. I was just saying it because it was true. What do you do when people who are supposed to know better just don't?
Honestly, I hate those people who think that they know you better than you ever know about yourself! I also struggle with inability to communicate with some people who think they have the mission to prove me wrong with my obscure behavior and definitions…
I get that it’s a thing but you have to remember it’s an explanation not an excuse! I get where she’s coming from 😬
Yeah I was just in an art class. I'm an older person so it wasn't grade school and I was just telling her that it's complicated for me to get into a scheduled drawing time but the fact that she just didn't even believe it was real was very disappointing.
