Only always...I realized it works best if I stuck to basic routines first...eventually I add other stuff. Maybe someday Ill start using it for everything planning

I think thatโ€™s my problem is I plan everything on this app. Then end up having to put the items into backlog because my anxiety ๐Ÿ˜ฅ kicks in.

I keep a separate project management list on a Kanban. And only put things in Numo that I want to do today. That said, I sometime ignore most of them ๐Ÿ˜‚

Yes I completely get it! Absolutely! I just go one step and a time and break everything down into smaller steps. I donโ€™t try to do everything all at once and I try to stay realistic with myself ๐Ÿ’—

Oh yes. At the beginning I added everything to my Numo list but then it was like OMG and meanwhile I have deleted task with a lower priority or things I usually donโ€™t have a problem with. Also I found out that my brain prefers colored task (public) and dislikes the grey (private) ones ๐Ÿ˜‚.

Yup, thatโ€™s me totally. But I am quickly learning to put the monstrous tasks for another day and breaking them up into sub tasks. Way easier on the brain.
