Rug cleaner nightmare

I rented a steam cleaner for my couch and long story short when I went to bring it back my insurance for my car had been pulled and I no longer was able to afford to return it… I kept pushing it to the back of my mind as I couldn’t save enough fast enough to afford the climbing cost. Once it got to over $2000 on the bill I finally broke down and asked for help. The company let it go for the price I had already paid.. I’m so thankful!
