Hobby lull šŸ˜

I don't have any hobbies on the go at the minute and can't find anything that's peeking my ADHD fixation. I feel totally lost and like a don't have a direction or purpose in life right now. I feel like I'm spiralling and I don't know how to get out of my funk. Any and all advice welcome ā¤ļø

Iā€™m way too into creative things at the moment šŸ˜… where I can make pretty things like embroidery, mosaics, crocheting etc.. I get a dopamine hit when I learn something new and finish something!

For me helps looking back for what I have liked before, even as a child and then you can take that thing and charge it up a bit because you are an adult now. šŸ˜ For example I wanted to become Egyptologyst when I was a kid and now I might have some Egypt archeology binge watch. Or I enjoyed painting and now I can get a nice watercolor paper, paint and have a patience to slowly paint something pretty. Or I loved doing crafts with fabric so now I make a dog toy from an old tshirt. It's always fun to browse Pinterest to see what sparks your interest! šŸ¤— Sometimes a good walk or meditation is a way to find something or those activities themselves can be a hobby. Just being present and noticing the environment. Or you can learn something new that you have wondered about for a long time - a new language (I started to learn Japanese 75 days ago on Duolingo), dance, calligraphy.. Softly and curiosily go inwards! Only you know the answer! āœØšŸ«¶
