I like to get them and I have given likes and have commented on my squad’s posts. Once someone commented on my post and I liked their comment but there has been nothing else.

Do to kudos from your squad help motivate you or validate you? I tend to take them in stride and forget to reciprocate. I want to help encourage people but not if they feel meh about them like I do.

It's a like, and your squad is just less people than here, the entire world of numo users. If likes or hearts on your progress helps, your squad should be doing it for you and that's what I'm trying to do but my squad hasn't replied to my question yet so I put it out to the numoverse.
