Tips for handling phone calls?
I hate making phone calls, but i have to at work. i usually try to find literally anything else to do so i don’t have to call people. Even receiving phone calls, i let go to voicemail because i’m caught off guard

Just force myself to do it if it's important. Then i get all anxious and upset when it wasn't an important call but, i took it anyways, and slacked on my tasks. I did not know that this was a symptom of adhd until just now. Good to know.
The worst part is when I do finally make the call it usually goes way better then i thought it would and the positive energy I get from doing it combined with the energy I get off the other person make it enjoyable. But still i freeze up. The reward system has been helping me a lot with this issue tho.
Is this about the topic you have to discuss during the call? Try to make bullet points about possible conversation vs answers . I do t like answer the phone neather
