Do you guys know about Lions Mane Mushrooms? I take it every day.

I take lions mane mushroom and when I dont take it my brain craves it. NO SERIOUS I was off it for a while and then my brain was craving it like my stomach craves sugar! It apparently helps the brain. Do we have any mushroom expert’s on here! I want to know if this helps adhd. Or its just for general brain health.

I've been looking into the Lions Maine...do you feel like it's legit and actually beneficial? Any side effects?

I tried taking - didn’t feel any difference, magnesium on the other hand… 😂

I get mine from Swanson vitamins. Its 500 mg. It says take 1 capsule two times a day.

Lions mane is amazing i noticed it drastically helped me from getting brain burn out from all the billions of thoughts my brain is trying to decipher at the dame time and helped my moods too! CHAGA and REISHI are the other two i take and i definitely recommend them i get them from lifecykel
