I like to draw during meetings. During zoom calls this is easy, I just make sure to do it discretely. My favorite thing to do is pin a speaker and draw a portrait of them. I’ve also done this during in-person meetings but it requires having a supportive team and boss. It doesn’t mean I’m not listening. I am drawing so that I listen and don’t get fidgety.

My recommendation is to get a copy of any materials beforehand so you can follow along rather than having to listen and read.

For me it's to find a super comfy seat where i can barely lie. It's somehow reduces a micro-boredom for me

I tend to use a quiet fidget and take breaks. If possible, I snack on something crunchy, nibbling at it a little at a time.

It's a hard one. I find that I really need to take a break and stretch my legs (at most half an hour between breaks). If possible I would try to implement breaks in your meetings. This is good for everybody (noone can keep focus for the entirety of very long meetings).
