Hey, I’m new to being diagnosed with adhd/anxiety.
I have left school now but I had this problem a lot at school. And what I’m about to say is NOT recommended by any health professionals. Then again it could have been, I haven’t done my research.
..But I found that if my heart rate was elevated I could concentrate better or more. So I literally did some exercise before the test or alternatively I ate a good amount of sugar beforehand and.. it somehow helped with concentrating (Preferably the first option).
- Just a side note, stress or feeling anxious does counter this stimulating pre workout thing. But also exercise’s release of positive chemicals should trump most of it.
