Tamatameleon’s answer is pretty great. I’ve made it through college by asking myself those questions and underlining with pencil directly on the exam paper and writing little notes I would erase before handing it. I know It’s time consuming but it would help me see everything clearer and I would even have useful information for other parts of the exam. I wish you the best !

I had this problem so bad at school but didn’t know that I had adhd/anxiety so it ruined the view of my intelligence. Important: Remembering the fundamentals: Break it down. What is the question asking of me/what does the question want from me? Are there any tricks I need to remember? How do I deliver it on the paper? Try pulling words one at a time until they make sense together with the questions. Sounds basic at first glance but worked for me like a charm after practice.

Hey, I’m new to being diagnosed with adhd/anxiety. I have left school now but I had this problem a lot at school. And what I’m about to say is NOT recommended by any health professionals. Then again it could have been, I haven’t done my research. ..But I found that if my heart rate was elevated I could concentrate better or more. So I literally did some exercise before the test or alternatively I ate a good amount of sugar beforehand and.. it somehow helped with concentrating (Preferably the first option). - Just a side note, stress or feeling anxious does counter this stimulating pre workout thing. But also exercise’s release of positive chemicals should trump most of it.
