I’m living in this constantly. It’s basically a living hell. Finding now that even the things that would ‘give me dopamine’ doesn’t anymore. Long hard search to find what goes atm. Going to force myself to the gym tomorrow. I’ll let you know if that works lol x

I’m guessing you mean the problem of random hyper-focusing, and when ur not in that state you have no motivation for other things you need to get done? If that’s what ur talking about, I have a couple things that could help 1. Learn to feel your emotions. I find a lot of the time that if I’m super annoyed at myself for not being able to do things that feel like chores, it prevents me from doing them because I’m disappointed in myslef for not being able to do it instantly 2. I’ll give an example for this- I am at uni and I struggle with keeping up and I find that I forget about uni on the days I don’t have classes. So what I do is do a little every day, set reasonable/low expectations and that way I keep up with the “chore” of doing assignments and keeping up with lectures 3. I find that eating alot of protein for breakfast gives me that extra bit of energy that can make a big difference day to day 4. Take advantage of your strengths e.g. I tend to be more productive at night when doing uni work so I try give myself simple tasks and fun tasks during the day and allocate time to study when Im typically most motivated.
