any tips for waking up earlier??

Those special alarm clock/lights that gradually brighten to mimic the rising sun in your room! I bought a cheap one and it helped when I had an early morning job. Otherwise the insane stress/panic of being late to anything (definitely the ASD) helped lol 💀

I have most things connected on my WiFi so I’ll set sound alarms that match my lamps coming on. That light annoyance will get me up. If this doesn’t wake me the my dogs will start walking on my pillow and my head.

I've tried setting multiple alarms for an hour or 30 minutes before I have to wake up

I take my adhd meds before I go to bed or I’ll set an alarm an hour before I have to get up and have my med right next to my bed to take it then hopefully it’ll be working when the alarm goes off again!
