I have ibs and I’m sensitive to several things…. Drinking room temperature water is better for me than cold. Chewing a lot on every bite of food. No onion, no garlic. No lactose and no gluten. I have had stomachache since I was around 10 years old so it started very early:

I have never struggled with overweight. It’s the opposite, I am on the limit of underweight. I don’t have strong hunger feelings (probably because of my adhd causing distraction and time blindness). But if I did, maybe I would eat salad or crunchy vegetables as a starter before the main meal, and chew a lot to properly start the digestion and to lower the risk of overeating. I love raw carrots, bell pepper, cucumber, iceberg lettuce. These veggies don’t give me any stomachache. I am very careful with avocado as it often gives me stomachache, apples also make me feel funny, so I only have really small amounts of these fruits.
