Adhd diet plans?

Being in my 30s means my weight likes to stay on and my adhd keeps forgetting I’m kinda tubby. When i hate my weight I workout allot. Get to my goal and then gain it back because I forgot my metabolism isn’t the best. Any adhd life hack for losing weight?

I’m 42 but I was in the best shape of my life when I was in my 30’s. I started running and working out. It was something I did with someone else. I have never been able to do any of it without someone to keep me accountable.

You should try cutting out seed oils and refined carbs and also eat less sugar bc this make you spiral of craving bad food also walking is really good i like walking at the afternoon or nighttime when its more quiet out and i can just listen to music

Very Helpful! I do love fruit! And blueberry’s are my all time favorite! ❤️

I know right! Ive done so much research about this lately haha. And for sugar cravings it usually goes away when i eat healthy. So meat no refined carbs only fruits. and i also eat animal products and some other vegetables only oils i use is olive oil or coconut but avocado Os also good bit the best thing you can use is beef tallow or butter made from milk. When you cut out sugar then youll stop craving it if you give it a little time without and fruit will start tasting like candy IM serious

Make routine out of it even if it’s just 1k run or 10push ups. get fresh veggies and meat ready so you don’t have to snack on sweets. Not just cardio, lift weights properly. Working out in groups like CrossFit or just group fitness is fine because it provides same time and structure.
