I deep dive into a new interest ALL THE TIME, basically obsessing over it for weeks. Then I get tired of it. And the cycle starts over.

Does anybody have any obsessive behavior maybe caused by ADHD? I can’t seem to stop skin-picking unless I have something to play with in my hands.

ADHD related symptoms?

I crack my knuckles and bite the inside of my cheek too. It’s very obsessive because even though it embarrasses me, I can’t stop doing it. I didn’t think that may be from ADHD but definitely makes sense. It’s boredom and anxiety for me.
