How to take a break?
I need to take breaks during my days at home, or otherwise I end up exhausted of a tense hyperfixation were I just run around the house doing stuff… But what are good things to do while taking a break? My hobbies are always things that take long or need a lot of concentration. I need some inspiration😅😄

Set a timer and sit down until the timer is up. Or read or craft something small during that time

I mostly just force myself to sit down and listen to music / a audiobook / podcast. Or I start reading it takes me into another world but I can force myself to stop through timers
