Best tips for someone who still isn't diagnosed on paper so school cant do anything to help? Or general adhd tips for school? Anything at all would be appreciated.

The thing that help me the most is that I don’t need to share any information between school and dad so like all homework and stuff get mailed to dad directly and also like results and tips from teacher. Other kids get like the information directly but I will forget to talk to dad and it is also like it helps me to stay good I know dad will get a report if I like do something stupid. It helps me to think one more time before cuz dad I kind of strict with me. Dad asked the school for this system. So maybe you can ask you parents to help you more even if you are like close to be adult. Kids with ADHD my uncle that a psychologist say is not as developed in the brain then it comes to like take responsibility, make smart decisions and organise stuff and a lot more. He say it’a like not exactly but that you can take away 30% of a ADHD kids age to understand what lever of responsibility is normal to ask for from that kid so like I’m 13 but can take responsibility like 9 yo and you are 17 then like your ability is about like a 12 yo and that can be good for school to know
Thats so cool! Here in Portugal that's not how it works. The homework is given at the end of the class (most of the time it's things we didn't finish in our lesson) and we simply write on our notebooks. I also write it on my annotations book and end up forgetting it and doing it like 15 minutes before class in order to not get a homework miss (idk how to say it in English)
I don’t know if this is different in different countries but why can’t school help if you don’t have diagnose? In my country the school are suppose to help each kid individually diagnose or not.
No. In Portugal, you either have a diagnosis or reeeeally bad grades in order to be helped out. Otherwise they just assume you're perfectly okay and treat you the exact same way (sometimes good, sometimes badly). My grades aren't bad, in fact they are good but I know I could do better. Also, the help they give is useless, it's mostly like more time on evaluation tests and and easy questions and stuff like that, which isn't exactly how you should treat someone with ADHD. I am not dumb, I just need to sometimes step out of the classroom to relax, or listen to white noise or binaural waves to work, or do something else with my hands like origami in order to focus. But no, if I want to step out, I need to say I'm not feeling well or that I need to go to the bathroom, and if it happens a lot they will start to not allow it. If I have headphones in class, confiscated. If I'm doing something with my hands, they assume I'm distracted and shame me in front of class. Luckily this school I am is not all like that, they just can do anything because it's illegal.
