50 days

I can hardly believe it, I've tried so many apps over the years and if I didn't delete them straight away, I thought they were good. However, I still never managed to stick with it and not end up being overwhelmed by the lists and reminders and losing track and motivation. Not 20 days... maybe just under two weeks, but not really consistent either. That's why I'm incredibly proud to have managed 50 days and so thankful to have found this app…. even more grateful to the developers of NUMO. Thank you very much!!!!!! And to those for whom it hasn't worked yet. If I've managed it, you can do it too. Be happy and celebrate every step, no matter how small, and console yourselves when you don't succeed instead of beating yourselves up. Only when we treat ourselves with understanding instead of beating ourselves, as we would never do to someone else, do we break through our boundaries. Believe in yourself.
