I have to go to another client after my first one…the last time I went to a second client it wasn’t a good experience.
I feel you. I’ve liked the helpful stories on this app… gave me some ideas to manage my time and attention better. Everyone says start small, but when you’re looking at a huge to-do list or lots needs done, it’s just hard! You’ve got this. I like the idea of doing the minimum activity to get a task done. Like if I need to empty the dishwasher but can’t bring myself to do it, I should simply open the dishwasher first. Then the next time I walk by, put one dish away. Little by little. It feels so ridiculous that we want to just do the task. Lol Not sure if this helps at all 💕 but sending good vibes your way!
