Finch helps me with self care :) you can grow a little penguin its like poo but less annoying

Doer, a structured programme for getting over procrastination. First Thing that helped me at least a little (and that means a lot ;-) )

Goodgrooves I haven’t seen this one before. How do you find it? Does it actually offer more by using the headband compared to say an app without? I really struggle when it comes to medication etc. I just can’t focus or sit still for it so I have avoided it like the plague.

I really like Muse for meditation but you have to buy an expensive headband to use it :/ it's really nice tho if you have the means for it
