Dealing with Medication Shortages

This is just a question… I know a lot of us are having issues getting our prescriptions filled if we’re on medication in the USA. How do you deal with not being able to fill. I just started a new job and I am already having a hard time and Thinking about not having any Vyvanse is terrifying
