Do shadow work!
If youre often struggling or find yourself unable to move past certain feelings or situations, please check out shadow work! Its a very simple method and I found it works best for me when I do my daily journaling, but its already helped me out a whole bunch and it makes my therapy sessions easier and more directed at acting (so like, moving past the problems, getting to know coping methods etc.) instead of just spending time finding out the core issues I want to work through.
