On the Home Screen, at the top right is an icon. I tapped that and then opened “settings.” I scroll down to “contact our team” and tapped that. When I contacted them, they replied the next day. When I responded to their reply, I got another reply from them almost immediately. I didn’t ask them how long it would be before the feature was ready. I am going to contact them again. Many people are rightfully aggravated because of the mention of the currently unavailable feature in the advertisement. They are losing customers. Hopefully they will update their ad. I will see if I can get a more definitive timeframe of when the feature will be ready. Fingers crossed! I hope this helps.
