How I study without distractions

I find it hard to focus for more than 20 minutes when studying for exams. Every little thing around me becomes a distraction, so I had to find a better workspace. I moved from the living room to our caravan, and it’s been a game-changer! It has a big table, a heater for winter, and—most importantly no interruptions. I don’t get distracted by my family or tempted by things I could be doing instead. I’m also in a completely different mindset as soon as i step in. Other study spots that work for me: - Library – A good option but has slightly more distractions. - garden house – just as good as caravan but no heater. - Car - works fine but only if you use your laptop or ipad cause there’s no table

I agree With you about the Library every time I go there for studying my brain focus on reading the titles on books or posters instead of reading and do homework. And I don't have any caravan or car

Yes, our modern environment can boost our ADHD and procrastination traits to a debilitating level… It’s why I forbid having my mobile phone or tablet from /ever/ entering the bedroom 📵, and leave it on a far away stand in the kitchen. This way, if I’m not able to sleep, I can just read the book already on my bedside table instead of the ugly phone doom cycle 🔄 This also helps when I wake up, so that I don’t even face the urge of checking it first day in the morning (or worse, staying further and further in bed in the weekend due to getting absorbed by the phone…)
